Refund Policy
English Super Fast operates on a monthly subscription model.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
The payment was made automatically (renewal), AND You submitted a refund request within 48 hours, AND The actual refund is provided only if the request is made within 48 hours of the payment time. After the first 48 hours You will continue your paid month, And your auto-renewal will be canceled, No refund will be issued.
Refunds are not provided if More than 48 hours have passed since the payment as You accessed course materials, live sessions, or platform resources after that window The subscription month has already progressed beyond the eligible period
When a student cancels They keep full access until the end of the paid month After the subscription ends, they receive 5 additional grace days, After 5 days, access to paid content stops then Free program content remains available
Fees for promotional offers, seasonal discounts, or subscriptions that include additional benefits or reduced pricing are non-refundable.
Fees for paid trials are non-refundable if the student get access on the program
No refunds are provided for any remaining period of the subscription after the course has begun or the educational services have been used, except in cases where the subscription is canceled by English Super Fast for organizational or technical reasons.
Using the platform after the subscription renewal is considered an implicit acceptance of the continued service under the current terms.
How to Submit a Refund Request
The trainee must send an official request to the support email, including the course name, order number, and the reason for the refund request.
The request will be reviewed within five (5) business days, and the trainee will be notified of the decision via email.
English Super Fast reserves the right to reject any refund request that does not comply with the conditions outlined above.

بنظام الاشتراك الشهري.
:وتُطبق سياسة الاسترجاع وفق الشروط التالية:
يحق للمتدرب الحصول على استرجاع كامل للرسوم في حال توافر الشروط التالية جميعًا: أن تكون عملية الدفع تمت بشكل تلقائي (تجديد الاشتراك)، وأن يقوم المتدرب بتقديم طلب استرجاع خلال مدة لا تتجاوز (48) ساعة من وقت الدفع، و أن يتم إرسال طلب الاسترجاع خلال مدة أقصاها (48) ساعة من وقت عملية الدفع. بعد مرور (48) ساعة على الدفع: يستمر المتدرب في الاستفادة من الشهر المدفوع، ويتم إلغاء التجديد التلقائي، ولا يتم تقديم أي استرجاع مالي.
ثانيا لا يتم تقديم أي استرجاع مالي في الحالات التالية
مرور أكثر من (48) ساعة على عملية الدفع، او قيام المتدرب بالدخول إلى المحتوى المسجل، أو جلسات البث المباشر، أو موارد المنصة خلال هذه الفترة، او بدء الشهر الاشتراكي وتقدُّم الخدمة بما يتجاوز فترة الاسترجاع المتاحة.
ثالثًا: إلغاء الاشتراك
عند إلغاء المتدرب لاشتراكه يحتفظ المتدرب بحق الوصول الكامل حتى نهاية الشهر المدفوع، بعد انتهاء الاشتراك يحصل على فترة سماح إضافية مدتها (5) أيام، بعد انتهاء فترة السماح، يتم إيقاف الوصول إلى المحتوى المدفوع، يظل الوصول إلى المحتوى المجاني وبرامج المنصة المجانية متاحًا له.
رابعًا: الرسوم غير القابلة للاسترجاع
الرسوم الخاصة بالعروض الترويجية، أو الخصومات الموسمية، أو الاشتراكات التي تحتوي على مزايا إضافية أو أسعار مخفضة غير قابلة للاسترجاع.
رسوم التجارب المدفوعة غير قابلة للاسترجاع بمجرد حصول المتدرب على صلاحية الدخول إلى البرنامج.
لا تُسترد أي مبالغ تخصّ الفترة المتبقية من الاشتراك بعد بدء الدورة أو استخدام الخدمات التعليمية، لأسباب تنظيمية أو تقنية English Super Fast إلا في حال كان إلغاء الاشتراك من قبل
خامسًا: الموافقة الضمنية
يُعتبر استخدام المنصة بعد تجديد الاشتراك موافقة ضمنية على استمرار الخدمة وفق الشروط والأحكام الحالية.
كيفية تقديم طلب الاسترجاع
يجب على المتدرب إرسال طلب رسمي عبر البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بالدعم الفني، متضمنًا ما يلي:
اسم الدورة ورقم الطلب وسبب طلب الاسترجاع.
سيتم مراجعة الطلب خلال خمسة (5) أيام عمل، وسيتم إشعار المتدرب بنتيجة الطلب عبر البريد الإلكتروني.
وتحتفظ الشركة بالحق في رفض أي طلب استرجاع لا يلتزم بالشروط المذكورة أعلاه.
